How We Help

Courses

Rising Path’s signature development program, Crafting your Next Chapter, provides a clear path and powerful framework to support you in successfully navigating major transitions in your life or work. You will have the opportunity to learn not just from your instructors but from a talented and diverse group of peers, both in small peer to peer support groups as well as in interactive plenary sessions.

Our next program will be launching virtually in March of 2024 at the University of Chicago.

Coaching

Rising Path provides one on one coaching around your transition— helping you to more intentionally craft your next chapter. We actively partner with you to realize your highest aspirations for joy, meaning, and purpose. We help you take stock of where you are, craft a vision for the life you want to lead, and then take intentional action to make these aspirations real.

Consulting

Rising Path partners with organizational leaders to unlock the full commitment, capabilities and contribution of their mid to late career staff (50+).  We help design and implement programs and development processes that allow long tenured leaders, managers and professionals to reflect and revitalize their work in ways that more fully align with changing individual and institutional needs, The result: more fully leveraging the unique knowledge and capabilities of long tenured staff,  avoiding “retirement in place” and unwanted turnover.
