Russell Eisenstat, PhD, Co-Founder

In a career spanning four decades Russ has pioneered new practices and perspectives that enable leaders to realize their highest aspirations for contribution, meaning and satisfaction for themselves and those they lead.  He has served as a coach and catalytic thought partner to senior leaders across a wide range of organizations in business and the social sector.


After receiving his PhD in clinical psychology from Yale, Russ spent six years on the faculty of the Harvard Business School in the leadership and organizational behavior area.  He served as the founding Executive Director of the Higher Ambition Leadership Alliance, as well as the founding President of TruePoint, a mission driven organizational consulting firm. He has authored numerous pathbreaking books and articles on leadership and change including: Higher Ambition; How Great Leaders Create Economic and Social Value, and The Critical Path to Corporate Renewal.

Stephanie Eisenstat, MD, Co-Founder

As a certified coach, practicing clinician and physician educator, Stephanie has helped individuals and groups enhance their effectiveness and impact for over 30 years. She has helped a wide range of leaders, clinicians and researchers at all levels navigate their way through key work-life transitions; use their voice, talents, and strengths to create win-win solutions to complex problems and translate vision into action in times of stress and transition. She collaborated with a MIT Sloan School of Management team to study and develop strategies for alleviating physician work burden while enhancing patient care.

Stephanie is also a practicing internist at the Massachusetts General Hospital (MGH), Mass General Cancer Center Lifestyle Medicine Program, a group leader for the PAVING the Path to Wellness Program for Breast cancer survivors and an Assistant Professor of Medicine, at the Harvard Medical School.  She has been an academic leader in Women’s Health, chronic disease management and innovator with cross-disciplinary care redesign. She is the author of a number of groundbreaking books, guidebooks and articles including, The Primary Care of Women, The Harvard Guide to Women’s Health, Every Woman’s Guide to Diabetes and Putting Group Visits into Practice.
